Mrs. Bessie Brown, Passes At Seattle
     
Kendrick, Feb. 26 - Mrs. Bessie Brown, 53, of Kendrick, died Saturday at Seattle, her husband, Emulius Brown was notified yesterday.
     
Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Brown of Southwick, where she was born Feb. 5, 1897. She live in the Kendrick-Southwick area all her life.
     
Mrs. Brown is also survived by three daughters and three sons. They are June Brown, student at the Northern Idaho College of Education; Mrs. Howard Rukgaber, Seattle; Mrs. Evelyn Rutner, Calif.; Jerry Brown, Kendrick; Thomas Brown, Portland; and Clarence, address unknown.
     
Seven surviving sisters are Mrs. Earl Akins, Lewiston; Mrs. Frank Dygert, Clarkston; Mrs. Fred Sapp, Weiser; Mrs. Guy Walston, Yakima; Mrs. Jessie Pittenger, Canada; Mrs. Jack Tempero, Palouse; and Mrs. Dallas Hepler, Southwick.
     
Surviving brothers are Ed Brown, Kendrick, and Fred Brown Los Angeles.
     
The body will be shipped to Kendrick for burial. Funeral arrangements are pending.
